ReplyDeleteFolks, be very careful when dealing with this company. You should carefully read the Terms of Service. I had asked for a refund of my account fee, and the fees for two additional computers and faster speed. They would only refund the account fee, but not the other fees.
ReplyDeleteThey pointed out that the ToS says other fees are non-refundable.This that is a lousy way to do business. If my account is cancelled, then why would I need the service with faster speed for other computers. Technically, they are correct, but in the spirit of customer care and satisfaction, they leave a lot to be desired.
By the way, my decision to leave JustCloud was when I could not get the system to reliably backup my files. They kept advising me to manually select the files each time -- so much for automatic huh?
Stay away from this company would be my advice.
